Partnership Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is between ZIVOX Digital Agency ("ZIVOX", "we", "us") operating from Bihar & Andhra Pradesh, India, and the Partner / Intern ("you") who has applied via our Join Us form.

2. Role & Responsibilities

• Promote ZIVOX services to your network honestly and professionally.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information.
• Use only ZIVOX-approved promotional material.
• Never misrepresent ZIVOX or its pricing.

3. Earnings & Incentives

• Incentives are paid only on confirmed, paid client deals.
• Payouts are processed within 7-15 business days of project payment.
• Refunded / cancelled deals are not eligible for incentives.

4. Code of Conduct

• No spamming, fake leads, or unethical marketing.
• Respectful communication with all clients and team members.
• Adherence to Indian laws and local regulations.

5. Confidentiality

You agree not to share ZIVOX internal data, client lists, pricing strategies, or proprietary content with any third party during or after your association with ZIVOX.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Pending earned incentives will be paid out within 30 days of termination.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bihar / Andhra Pradesh.

8. Acceptance

By submitting the Join Us application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all the above terms.
