1. Services
ZIVOX provides web development, design, SEO and digital marketing services for clients in India and globally.
2. Project & Payment
- 50% advance is required before starting any project.
- The remaining 50% is due on project completion / delivery.
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date.
3. Revisions
Each plan includes a fixed number of design revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
4. Delivery timeline
Standard projects are delivered within 7-30 business days, depending on scope. Delays caused by missing client content are excluded.
5. Refund policy
- Once a project starts, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If we fail to start the project within 14 days, full refund is processed.
6. Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website code and content. ZIVOX retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.
7. Liability
ZIVOX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits) arising from website downtime, third-party service failures, or hosting issues.
8. Brand clarification
ZIVOX is an independent technology / web-development agency operating in India. We are not related to "Zyvox" medicine, any pharmaceutical product, or any Ahmedabad-based business named "Zivox Digital".
